Is you product subject to Export Control ? BICC can assist Members and non-Members in dealing with the procedures of Export Control Organisation and HM Treasury. BICC can advise on the completion of the Export Control Organisation procedures for ensuring that goods and services to be sold to Iran meet legal requirements. This can involve identifying the officials whom it will be necessary to contact. In some instances BICC is willing to speak to officials on the Member's behalf. BICC will undertake this work for Members at no charge and for non-Members price on request.
Members who are uncertain as to whether their products and services may still be sanctioned even though most EU/UK sanctions have been lifted should make contact with the Export Control Organisation (ECO) of the Department of International Trade :
